GW090-TGM German Uhlan Cavalry Trooper with Lance Lowered
During WW1 cavalry were still a major part of most armies, however on the western front their use and movements were somewhat curtailed due to the nature of trench warfare. In the middle east and the Russian front where the open ground favoured cavalry, they were still able to play a considerable role scouting and attacking the enemy when the opportunity arose.
This German Uhlan cavalry trooper with lance lowered prepares to take on the Russians!
